It's August 11, 2009. I think. Earlier today I was at Serenity Salon watching my sister getting her nails done. I had planned on blogging and emailing and iTunes-ing, but it turns out that Serenity has no wi-fi, and their neighbor's wi-fi requires a password. Regardless, I wrote a blog in a word document and planned on pasting it into a blog when i had wi-fi later. So, now I'm at the Blue Pepper, soaking up the free wi-fi, BUT blogspot has some issues with my word document, because I pasted it on, and it was being all weird when I tried to publish it. Whatever.
I always end up disappointed when I come to the Blue Pepper. You see, I have this downtown buddy. He's just a guy that I see downtown a lot, and whenever I see him, I do a double take, and I think, "It's the downtown guy!" You know those people. So anyway, the last time I saw my downtown buddy was a month or two ago, and whenever I'm here, I'm hoping to see him, but I don't. Is that creepy? Probably. But I think that nowadays, what with myspace and facebook and twitter, being able to follow everybody's every move and know their age, hometown, and interests without even meeting them, we've all become creepers on some level.
Or is it just me?
