Home Sour Home

I've been thinking a lot about places. I love my city, and I know it. It's home. It's comfortable. I can always find something to do there. The possibilities in my city are endless. No, it's not New York or L.A. or a huge place like that, but if you're someone like me, you don't require entertainment from the outside world. Or rather, the outside world can be entertaining without really doing anything. As Andre Jordan said, "When you're strange, the world can be incredible."
But what about other places? What is the real difference between here, and there? If you go to a different city, it's hard to feel the difference at first, if at all. The people may act different. They may do different things to pass their time, they may eat differently, they may treat you differently than the people in your own home town. But the air is the same here as it is there, and most of the things I have here, I can find there, in some form. The thing is, you don't feel the differences so much unless you know the places really, really well, or unless you're away from one place for a long time.
I doubt if I'm making any sense. But it's something I felt I should get out there.
So, I've been considering making another blog with reviews, and maybe another one with my work (poetry and stories). We'll see. First I need to know if anyone even reads these posts (doubtful) before I jump the gun and make a million more blogs. So...
is there anyone reading this?
Thanks if you are, buddy. You inspire me.
